Steven and Tom Visit Luray Caverns

Luray Caverns are the largest caverns in the eastern United

States. We strolled lighted, paved walkways through 10-story high cathedral-sized rooms, towering stone formations, and natural wonders. Luray Caverns is open every day of the year. All formations in the caverns are calcite, a crystalline form of limestone. The National Park Service and the Department of Interior designated it a Registered Natural Landmark.
